Frank X. Canale, born Brooklyn, NY, 1946.  He was admitted to the Bar in 1976, Maryland; 1977, District of Columbia.  He obtained his B.A. from Cornell University in 1969; he obtained his J.D. in 1976 from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and his LL.M. in tax law in 1981 from George Washington University National Law Center. Mr. Canale is a member of District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association.  Mr. Canale, the Managing Member, is the head of the firm's commercial department and specializes in corporate and business law, tax law, estate planning, probate and trust law, and advising and qualifying organizations for tax exemption under federal and state laws.  He has extensive experience in related commercial matters, including partnership, real estate and debtor's rights law.
